The client is a geologist so we designed the house using natural colors and sustainable materials, accordingly with love and respect for Mother Earth.
Natural components are more commonly used in Mediterranean kitchens because they complement the area's old-world fashion. In place of laminate or cement, you'll see a lot of marble, rock, and timber. You can also have wooden floors in a lighter color for a more sun-drenched effect, or you can choose a warmer Saltillo flooring. Visible dark wood beams are an excellent setup for this kitchen style if you are fortunate to have ceiling beams.
